Rocket Launchers!
Today was Science day across the whole school, and each year group spent the morning investigating different aspects of science. In Year 4 we made and tested rockets! We thought carefully about the design of the fin, and nose cone to make our rockets aero-dynamic.
We used a large bottle for the main part of the rocket, and then designed the nose cone and fins from cardboard, kitchen roll tubes and even some yoghurt pots!
After break, ,we had the most important part.
