A Smashing Start for Newport's Football Team!
Newport's year fives and sixes have ended the half term well, with a 6-5 win against Talavera Junior School. Both teams played incredibly well and showed excellent football and teamwork skills throughout the game. Even though Newport were 2-0 down at one stage, the boys showed great determination and came back to win the game! The Newport Boys showed some great passing skills which led to some cracking goals! Well done boys!
As the first of five fixtures the boys have made a very promising start to the year! There next game is schedule for Monday the 9th of November against Wellington and we are hoping for another win!
