It's all Greek to me ........

Today year 6 showed off their acting skills to the theatre group, prepared and cooked Greek food, made shields, scrolls and even laurel crowns. Some children commented that "it has been the best day ever!" During the workshop, year 6 learnt about the battle of Marathon, Athens and its Greek goddess (Athena) and even Helen of Troy. The children's behaviour was impeccable, so well done! A big thank you to Mrs Wiseman who helped out with the cooking.
