Yabba Dabba Doo!

Year 3 have been busy immersing themselves in the Stone Age, including reading Stone Age boy in English and looking at the features of a non-chronological report. In Art, we have been busy using sketch techniques to draw cave painting symbols and then creating our own masterpieces under tables and using sticks to carve shapes into clay. In History, we have been looking at chronology and understanding what prehistoric means. In Science, we have been busy carrying out various experiments, looking at what happens when we mix different substances, seeing if they separate, dissolve etc. Below are just some of the pictures showing all of the fun we have been having!

Next week, we look forward to showing you some pictures from Iron Age Day which we are very much looking forward to!
