Girls Tag Rugby

A huge well done to some of our year 3 and 4 girls: Ellie Sweeney, Grace Reilly, Daisy Marshall-Fox, Jazmine Atkins, Grace Davis and Olivia Parker. The students attended a Tag Rugby event where they were taught many of the basic rules, followed by a match. The girls scored many individual tries and produced some outstanding defensive skills that any rugby team would have been proud of.

Having scored so many tries, our girls were given the challenge of having to make three passes before scoring a try. They continued to score with some fantastic attacking moves. The girls not only showed incredible sportsmanship and gamesmanship but also the talent to become an excellent team.  Well done!
