YEAR 6 REBELS REVOLT!

After our trip to Haymarket Theatre last term, Year 6 have been reading one of Shakespeare's most gruesomely gory plays... Macbeth!
We've enjoyed many activities during this study, including poetry as the 3 wicked Witches and writing letters and diary entries in the role of Macbeth and his wife, Lady Macbeth.
This week, we had the opportunity to write our own playscripts for a scene from the play. With these excellent playscripts to hand, we were forced to engage in a bit of dastardly drama!
What do you think of the majestic Macduff's plan to take on the murderous Macbeth?

Brilliant acting from Year 6-perhaps you will have to audition for the next Shakepeare for kids production!
