Another cold, wet and muddy day but the cross country runners from Newport Junior School did us proud at the first fun run of the school year!
A range of children from years 3, 4, 5 and 6 all took part in today's fun run at Fernhill Secondary School. Although the field was extremely muddy, they all managed to stay on their feet and put in an outstanding performance. Well done to all of those children who took part and a big thank you to all the people that brought them along and cheered them on.
Miss Twell and I are very much looking forward to the next fun run in March.
