I'm in year four ... get me out of here!

Last Friday, year four thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the living rainforest. Although it was a long journey, the children soon explored the learning zone and got used to the warmer climate inside. When we went round with our tour guides, we learnt about the different animals that live in the rainforest, including toucans, sloths and poison arrow frogs. The children saw some of the world's most popular food plants e.g. bananas, cocoa, ginger and coffee. Overall, the children had a fantastic day and have learnt a lot about what it would be like to live in the rainforest!
